On July 21st, Yide Group held its first orientation training for new general managers. Students from various majors, including Industrial Engineering from Guilin University of Electronic Technology and Automotive Service Engineering from Guilin University of Aeronautics, participated in the training.

At the training session, the general manager extended a warm welcome to the new group of interns on behalf of the company. He also clarified the overall training objectives and key requirements for this internship program. The internship is closely aligned with the core aspects of the respective majors. Process management will serve as the main focus of the internship. All interns are expected to work directly on the production line, conducting research and implementing improvement projects related to key production indicators such as production rhythms, energy consumption control, and product rejection rates.

While emphasizing the concept of learning through practice—“learning by doing, doing while learning”—the general manager encouraged everyone to think independently and take the initiative to explore new ideas. He stressed the importance of using real production improvement projects as opportunities to develop professional skills, thereby achieving significant improvements in personal competence through hands-on experience. Regarding team management for newcomers, it was announced that a dynamic team management model would be established through competitive elections, thereby fostering teamwork and helping each intern unleash their full potential.

Finally, the general manager expressed high hopes for all the students. He encouraged them to cherish the opportunities to learn through hands-on experience, to focus on their specialties, to take on practical tasks proactively, to continuously improve their skills through practice, and to grow through their work. The goal is to achieve a win-win situation where both individual capabilities are enhanced and the company’s efficiency and quality are improved, leading to mutual growth.
