To build a two-way exchange bridge between universities and enterprises and help students transform theoretical knowledge into practical skills, on September 28, Yide Technology joined hands with the "Yide Class" of Guilin University of Aerospace Technology to carry out a university-enterprise internship matching activity. Led by Wu Guoshan, Vice Dean of the School of Energy and Building Environment, 18 students successfully entered the company, opening a new chapter of immersive enterprise internship and practical training.

As a key talent cultivation project of in-depth university-enterprise cooperation, the "Yide Class" has always adhered to the training philosophy of "university-enterprise collaboration, integration of work and study, and practical education." It precisely aligns with industry job requirements, creating a professional and systematic internship growth platform for university students, helping young students solidify their professional foundation and accumulate workplace experience.

At the internship exchange symposium, Xu Min, Deputy Chief Engineer of R&D at Yide, extended a warm welcome to the teachers and students from Guihang. Combining the company's core technologies, production and R&D systems, and industry development trends, he comprehensively presented Yide Technology's technological strength, product advantages, and standardized production processes to the students. At the same time, he encouraged the students present, saying that there are no shortcuts to professional growth—the theoretical knowledge in textbooks is the foundation for growth. This event featured a special senior experience-sharing session. Interns from Guilin University of Electronic Technology who had already been interning at the company for three months served as "seniors" and sincerely shared their own internship experiences. They described their work in the production, equipment, and quality departments, sharing their internship insights comprehensively—from frontline operation standards and job precautions to problem-solving techniques and workplace mindset adjustment—providing practical growth references for the newly arrived interns.

After the exchange, the senior interns from GUET acted as guides, leading the new students from Guihang one-on-one to familiarize themselves with each department's business processes, the production workshop environment, and job-specific work details.
