1. Expert consultants, 4 people, daily salary of 5000 yuan, five-star accommodation, exquisite work meals; Specific cooperation methods to be discussed in person; Having over 10 years of expert work experience in the fields of supply chain/process/quality/human resources, senior engineer or above, with successful cases, able to independently design solutions and output them for implementation.

1. Quality Director, 1 person, monthly salary of over 20000 yuan; Requirements: Full time undergraduate degree or above, major in science, from a 211 or above university; More than 5 years of work experience in equivalent positions in the automotive manufacturing/auto parts industry (with over 500 employees, preferably in foreign or joint ventures); Proficient in IATF16949/VDA6.3/Toyota TPS system management; Having fast response, precise execution ability, and rigorous and meticulous work style; Have good communication skills and the ability to quickly solve problems, proficient in using ERP, MES and other systems; Familiar with SPC/MSA/FMEA/APQP/PPAP quality 5 tools.

2. Quality Manager, 1 person, monthly salary of over 15000 yuan; Requirements: Full time bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in quality management of automotive air conditioning/liquid cooled radiators/battery pack coolers/server cooling systems (with over 500 employees, foreign and joint venture enterprises preferred), proficient in IATF16949/VDA6.3/Toyota TPS system management, and proficient in using ERP systems.

3. Production Director, 1 person, monthly salary of over 20000 yuan; Requirements: Full time undergraduate degree or above, major in science, from a 211 or above university; More than 5 years of work experience in the automotive manufacturing/auto parts industry (with over 500 employees, foreign and joint venture enterprises preferred) in equivalent positions, familiar with the supporting standard processes of OEMs; Proficient in on-site 6S management, proficient in brazing and stamping processes. Proficient in IATF16949 system; Having fast response and precise execution capabilities, as well as good communication, coordination, and execution skills, proficient in using ERP, MES, and other systems.

4. Production Manager, 1 person, monthly salary of over 15000 yuan; Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of production management experience in automotive air conditioning/liquid cooled radiators/battery pack coolers/server cooling systems (with over 500 employees, foreign and joint venture enterprises preferred), proficient in on-site 5S management, automation management, cost management, and proficient in using ERP, MES and other systems.

5. Supply Chain Director, 1 person, monthly salary of over 20000 yuan, full-time bachelor's degree or above, from a 211 or above university; More than 5 years of work experience in the automotive manufacturing/auto parts industry (with over 500 employees, preferably in foreign-funded or joint venture enterprises) in equivalent positions, familiar with enterprise operation processes; Having rich experience in production management, cost control, quality management, procurement management, and logistics management, possessing a profound professional background and rich practical experience in enterprise supply chain management; Proficient in using ERP, MES and other systems, possessing certain data analysis skills, and having cross departmental coordination and project management abilities.

6. Purchasing Manager, 1 person, monthly salary of over 15000 yuan; Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience as a procurement manager for automotive air conditioning/liquid cooled radiators/battery pack coolers/server cooling systems (with over 500 employees, foreign and joint venture enterprises preferred), proficient in procurement principles and cost control, familiar with bidding and procurement processes; Familiar with supplier evaluation and assessment plans, familiar with IATF16949 quality system standards, proficient in using ERP, MES and other systems.

7. 3 technical engineers (server water cooling engineer, automotive air conditioning system engineer, electrical engineer) with a monthly salary of over 15000 yuan; Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, major in Thermal Energy and Power Engineering, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Heating and Ventilation, etc., with at least 3 years of experience in the development and design of server water cooling/automotive air conditioning/water-cooled panels/warm air blowers; Familiar with using design software such as CATIA, AutoCAD, Solidworks, UG, etc; Proficient in using simulation software;

8. SQE engineers, 3 people, monthly salary of over 10000 yuan; Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, at least 5 years of SQE work experience in automotive manufacturing/auto parts enterprises (with more than 500 employees, foreign and joint venture enterprises preferred), familiar with quality assurance standards and methods in the automotive industry, product quality planning, statistical process control, measurement system analysis, production part approval procedures, potential failure mode and effect analysis, rhythm production, familiar with supplier quality management, IATF16969 standards, APQP, SPC, MSA, FMAEA and other quality tools; Having internal audit training related to quality system management (such as VDA6.3, IATF16949, etc.); Proficient in using ERP, MES and other systems.
